Patrick Leiker

Associate, Business Development

Experience

Patrick serves as a business development representative for Mariner Advisor Network. He specializes in recruiting new advisors to The Network and assisting them through the onboarding process. Patrick has worked in the financial services industry for over two decades, starting with LPL’s home office in 2005. While holding many roles at LPL, his greatest impact was assisting advisors when establishing complex accounts requiring more in-depth compliance reviews. Patrick also served as a project manager, working to streamline internal processes and provide advisors a more efficient experience in the rapidly growing independent channel. After LPL, Patrick spent two years leading project development and sales in commercial and residential real estate before coming back to the financial industry and joining The Network’s business development team.

Originally from Colorado, Patrick moved to California 20 years ago, where he met his wife. They reside in Northern County San Diego with their two kids. A devoted father and husband, his free time is spent volunteering with his son’s school and extracurricular activities.

Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature and composition, Metropolitan State University of Denver
