Heather Augustine

Chief Compliance Officer

Experience

As chief compliance officer of Mariner Advisor Network and Mariner Platform Solutions, LLC, Heather is responsible for leading and managing the compliance team supporting Mariner 1099 advisors and enterprise regulatory projects.

Beginning her career in 1994, Heather held positions in trading, performance reporting, compliance and compliance consulting. She has worked with firms including Salmon Brothers Asset Management, Fidelity, National City Bank (now PNC Bank), Gratry and Company, Capital Analysts (now Lincoln Investment), FTJ FundChoice (now Orion Portfolio Solutions), Hardin Compliance Consulting and ACA Group. Heather joined Mariner in 2023 as vice president of compliance.

Heather lives in Cincinnati with her husband and recently became an empty nester. She enjoys travelling to visit her children and attending sporting events at University of Cincinnati where she played volleyball.

Bachelor of Arts degree in international affairs, University of Cincinnati.
